He has been free to indulge in his playboy lifestyle since splitting with his long-time girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian during the summer.

But in an E! preview of the new season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Scott Disick breaks down as he reveals to his ex and her mother Kris Jenner how much he misses being a part of their lives.

The emotionally wrought scene is the first time fans have seen the 32-year-old party boy on the show after he was ostracized from the clan following cheating allegations in July.

'It's been a really hard time': Scott Disick breaks down during a confrontation with his ex Kourtney Kardashian and her family in a preview for the new season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians

Kris, 59, is seen tearfully telling Scott during the confrontation, 'It breaks my heart to see her in pain'.

Scott hides his eyes behind sunglasses and his voice cracks as he says: 'It's been a really hard time, going from like, having all of you guys to having nobody.'

Kourtney, 36, wiping tears from her eyes, tells the self-proclaimed 'Lord Disick' - who has struggled with drink and substance abuse in recent years: 'You forget what happens when you're on a binge.'

Kim, 34 and Khloe, 31, are seen looking sad and emotional as they watch the trio talk it out from the side of the room.

In the next frame Scott admits: 'I f***ed up, I made the worst decision I've ever made in my life.'

It was believed that Scott would not be appearing in the 11th season of the E! show after he was caught getting cozy with stylist Chloe Bartoli on a supposed boys' holiday in Southern France in July.

Chloe, a 25-year-old fashionista seven years his junior, and Scott were thought to have been old flames.

They seemed to have rekindled their spark during the summer Monaco holiday when they were photographed feeding each other and stroking each other in the sun.

Previously, the pair were thought to have dated during the time that he was on and off with the mother of his three children, in 2006.

Chloe has styled celebrities including Miranda Kerr and is close friends with the Kardashians' pal Bella Hadid. She is also thought to have previously dated Jared Leto.

Away from home: The father-of-three spent the summer on a long binge and even missed his daughter Penelope's third birthday to promote club nights in Las Vegas and Spain

And while Chloe has since reportedly insisted that she and Scott are just 'best friends;' Chloe and Kourtney are distinctly 'not friends'.

Scott spent weeks on end away from Kourtney and his three children this summer, enjoying a consistent binge of partying and club promoting in Europe and Las Vegas and even missing Penelope's third birthday.

In other clips from the forthcoming series, Kris is seen reacting with shock and disgust as she reads the Dailymail.com article revealing the cheating scandal.

'That piece of s***!' the mother-of-six fumed, as she looked at the website's exclusive pictures.

Meanwhile, pregnant Kim makes the announcement that she might have gestational diabetes and the family take a girls getaway to St. Barths.

Season 11 of KUWTK premieres on E! on November 15 at 9pm.
