Show your affection in a heart print sweatshirt by Etre Cecile

Cate Blanchett was all smiles walking through New York's JFK airport with her baby girl, Edith (we would be too if we saw those chubby cheeks and bare feet..insert heart eyes emoji).

The actress went for comfy airport attire donning a red sweater with purple/blue heart prints along with leather baggy pants.

Her cute sweater is by Etre Cecile from the Pre-Fall 2015, and one would think a sweater this cute would be sold out but the good news is, it's still up for grabs for $388.95 (click right to buy).

Make sure to take a look at our edit below for other heart print options. Pair it with denim or baggy leather pants like Cate..you'll be looking cute either way!

The Elizabeth star looked fresh-faced as she and baby Edith checked into their flight, opting for minimal make-up and wearing her blonde hair tied back in a no-fuss bun.

Cate wore a vivid, loose-fitting red jumper with bright blue love hearts printed across it, matched with casual black trousers and white trainers.

Little Edith - whose adoption was confirmed in March - looked adorable in a cute outfit of a floral print, long-sleeeved top and brown rolled up trousers.

Cate already had three biological sons, Dashiell, 13, Roman, 11, and Ignatius, seven, with husband of 18 years, Andrew Upton, when she welcomed baby Edith into the world earlier this year.

The Australian actress revealed in a recent interview that the whole family feel really 'blessed' by the arrival of the littlest addition to their family.

Appearing on Good Morning America last week, the Blue Jasmine star revealed the boys adore their sweet little sister.

She said: 'So I have three boys and a girl, she's great.

'It is a wonderful thing when you see your children becoming a pack, sort of independent of you and I am very proud of my sons.'

Host George Stephanopoulos asked the Australian star: 'I bet you those boys watch out for her.'

Cate nodded emphatically and said: 'Oh yes.'

The couple confirmed that had adopted baby Edith in March, admitting it was something they had wanted to do for years.

And while they were thrilled to welcome a little girl to complete their family, the star insisted having a daughter wasn't their primary intention.

Speaking to the Sydney Morning Herald at the time, Cate gushed: 'We've been talking about it since our first son was born. Adoption - the process - it's pot luck. It's not about designing a family.

'It's about welcoming. There are a lot of children out there in need, both children who are up for adoption but also children in the foster system, so it wasn't necessarily about having a girl, but that's what landed in our lap and we feel absolutely blessed.'

Cate is currently busy filming for a modern remake of the Rudyard Kipling classic the Jungle Book: Origins.

She will play the character of Kaa. The film, which is due out in 2017 will also star Christian Bale and Benedict Cumberbatch.

Her latest film Truth, is due out this weekend. Cate stars as Mary Mapes, an American journalist who writes political memoirs about the Killian documents controversy, which the film is based on.
