Now that's no laughing matter! Amy Schumer orders security to remove heckler from comedy gig
It's a brutal position to be in.
But seasoned professional Amy Schumer didn't shy away from putting one heckler in her place on Sunday night, according to People.
While performing at Funny Or Die's Oddball Comedy Festival in Irvine, the 34-year-old called up security to remove a disruptive guest and her friend from the audience.

Standing up for herself! Amy Schumer, pictured during on Saturday Night Live on Saturday, took on a heckler during her performance at Funny Or Die's Oddball Comedy Festival in Irvine on Sunday
The website reports that Amy first told the woman to stop being disruptive when she started yelling from the crowd.
But Amy ended up turning to security to have the heckler and her friend taken away for her performance when the guest purportedly continued to disturb the show, the publication reports.
As the disruptive audience member had left, the website adds the audience applauded.
It's certainly not the first time Amy has dealt with hecklers.
Asked about how she approaches the disruption in an interview with LocalBozo, the Trainwreck actress said in 2012: 'I should come up with something beforehand. It's more dangerous if I sort of fire off whatever comes into my head.
'But I would always rather not have to deal with a heckler....Like my friends will come to the show and they're like, "we're going to heckle you!", and I'm like "you'll get thrown out!"'

Amy has come a long way since her 2012 interview, having now starred in a movie she wrote, Trainwreck.
The comedienne also won a Primetime Emmy Award in the Outstanding Variety Sketch Series category last month for her Comedy Central show Inside Amy Schumer.
The New York City native is the creator, co-producer, co-writer and star of the critically acclaimed sketch comedy series.
It was also reported that Amy was celebrating after landing a multimillion-dollar book deal, but now it has been revealed that the Inside Amy star actually sold the same book once before.
Back in 2013, Harper Collins bought the rights to a series of comic essays by Amy for $1million, when she was little more than an aspiring stand-up comedian.
However, with awards under her belt, a series to her name, and the starring roll in a Judd Apatow film, she clearly decided she could do a little better, according to the New York Times.
'Thank you #snl': The actress Instagrammed a photo of what appeared to be a screen, flooded with images of herself
As a result, Amy cancelled her old contract, repaid her advance and then auctioned the rights off again, this time for a reported $8million.
Michael Morrison, the president and publisher of HarperCollins, told the publication: 'I can't say that I was surprised that Amy decided to cancel our contract.
'Amy is driven, hysterical and really has her pulse on the culture. She deserves all her success and is obviously smart.
'She knew that delaying her book would reap huge benefits when the time was right.'
