Kim Kardashian's unborn son is doing just fine - but Kris Jenner says she is still in the dark over what he is going to be called.

And the 59-year-old assured fans her daughter's mystery visit to a San Francisco emergency room last week had nothing to do with the baby, rather her other grandchild North.

'Everything is fine,' the matriarch told Extra in an interview on Monday. 'I think little North hurt her wrist, but she's fine.'

But when the reporter quizzed her on whether North's brother would be called Easton, as has been previously reported, she replied 'I don't think that's it'.

'But I'm always the last to know the name because they don't want a mom's input,' she continued. 'He is due in December so we're looking forward to that.'

Kris was speaking at a Cosmopolitan 50th birthday party, which also celebrated the latest issue, the cover of which she adorns, surrounded by her five daughters.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians momager also opened up about the breakdown of Kourtney and Scott's relationship, after his alleged infidelity.

'It was truly unexpected and when we were going through it, it was hard,' she said.

Yet despite the pain Lord Disick has put the Kourtney through recently, Kris was quick to point out she still considers him a son.

'Any of my kids - including Scott,' she said, speaking of having to watch her children hurt. 'Because I love all of them.'

'Scott is the father of my grandchildren. Any time you have a family and there's any kind of pain, it hurts. As a mom, it hurts,' she said. 'We're just one day at a time '

'Kourtney has such a big heart, she wants the best for everybody, her first priority [is] her kids and, you know, she does a great job. She's a great mom and she has a big job.'

The family's tearful confrontation of Scott was recently glimpsed in the teaser for the next season of KUWTK.
