Her striking looks have helped her become one of the world's most in-demand models, as well as snare the affections of Hollywood heartthrob Bradley Cooper.

And Irina Shayk displayed her natural beauty by going make-up free as she enjoyed a low-key lunch date in West Hollywood on Tuesday. 

Grabbing a bite to eat with friends, the 29-year-old supermodel looked incredible as she showcased her toned tum in a sporty crop top after hitting the gym.

Enjoying some downtime in LA, the former Sports Illustrated cover-girl had apparently just come from a workout as she sat down with a group of male friends.

Wearing only a black sports bra, the model appeared completely at ease as she showed off her gym-honed abs at the table.

Slipping into a pair of figure-hugging leggings, also black, Irina flaunted her lithe and toned legs.

The Russian beauty rounded her workout-ready wardrobe off with a pair of comfy black and white sports trainers.

The Hercules actress wore her mane of dark hair pulled off of her face and into a loose bun, showcasing her flawless complexion and striking natural looks by going make-up free.

The model accessorised her out-and-about look with a pair of oval-framed sunglasses and a quilted black and red Chanel bag.

Making sure that she wouldn't feel any hint of a cold breeze, the model brought a light-weight trap-top with her, which she slipped over her shoulders following the meal.
