She has one of the best bodies on TV and on Tuesday evening Victoria Justice wanted to remind everyone of that, even after her shocking admission to Health magazine that she has a thyroid autoimmune disorder.

While at Cosmo Latinas' Fun, Fearless Awards at the Hearst building in New York City, the 22-year-old wore a dress that showed off plenty of skin.

Not only did it have a plunging neckline that revealed the actress' chest, but the back was open.

Victoria Justice attended the Cosmo Latina Fun Fearless Awards on Tuesday in New York City and chose a plunging deep V-neck peplum top with coordinating skirt for the occasion. Her silver heels and a silver clutch echoed the metallic look of hundreds of safety pins which were affixed to the top's hem.

We love this embellishment and the safety pins are a creative way to give this understated silhouette some punk-like pizzaz.

This dress is from the Cheng fall/winter 2015 collection by New York-based designer Cheng-Huai Chuang. Although you can't buy this exact dress -- the shop function on the label's site is not up and running yet -- you can check out the entire collection by clicking right.

In November's Health magazine, Justice talked about her struggle against a thyroid autoimmune disorder called Hashimoto's.

Victoria said she was diagnosed with the disease a few years ago and that the diagnosis was 'devastating,' but that medication and a diet change eventually helped to turn things around.

'A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, which is a thyroid autoimmune disorder,' Victoria told Health.

'This Korean acupuncturist put me on a super-strict diet, where I was a pescatarian…. I also couldn’t eat any sugar, wheat or dairy….

'They had put me on this thyroid medication, and I think the levels were too high for me because it caused my skin to break out….

'All my life I've always had great skin, so it was really devastating,' she added.
