The last few months have hardly been the happiest but looks like this star is putting the drama behind her.
Jennifer Garner certainly had a spring in her step and a smile on her dial as she ran about Santa Monica, California, on Monday.
With her daughter Seraphina in tow, the newly single 43-year-old looked very content as she got her errands done.

Besides a big smile, the Daredevil wore a simple but chic look donning a loose fit skirt with a mid-thigh hemline and a black shirt with a white star motif.
Suiting the beside suburb's vibe, the actress threw on a pair of nude strappy flat sandals.
Jennifer also added a very exclusive accessory to her look, namely a beaded necklace which had been made by one of her children, she also has daughter Violet, nine, and son Samuel, three.

The couple announced in June they were divorcing, and subsequently reports surfaced claiming that Ben was involved with their children's 28-year-old nanny Christine Ouzounian.

Ben has denied this and while they are now estranged, the actor has been living on the family's property - albeit in a guest house - to be closer to the children and they have been seen on outings together.
In early September, the two were pictured arriving and leaving separately at a marriage counselling center in Los Angeles, as revealed by DailyMail.com.
The pair have also reportedly been trying to work through their issues by going to church together also.

E! News reported on Monday - as Jen stepped out with her big smile - that Ben is trying to make amends but the actress is not yet ready to forgive.
'On the weekends they spend a lot of family time together with outings to the farmers market and church,' the insider told E!.
'He is definitely going along with what she wants and doing the best he can to fix things.'
