The finale episode of season 10 left more questions than answers.

And in a glimpse of the upcoming first installment of the reunion show, the ladies of Real Housewives of Orange County hash it out in front of Bravo cameras with reliably dramatic results.

Vicki Gunvalson, whose ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers has been accused of faking his cancer diagnosis throughout the last series, receives the brunt of the ladies' criticism as they continue to poke holes in her story.

In a heated exchange, Heather Dubrow declares: 'He's not sick, we're all agreeing on this. The only question to me is, when did you find out?'

Vicki, 53, is seen defending herself again, insisting: 'I don't have proof he's not faking cancer and I don't have proof he is.'

'I do,' Shannon Beador quickly snapped.

The mother-of-two is seen having her make-up done before the showdown where she says 'I haven't lied about anything - well maybe a couple of lies'

Later, Tamra Judge has a heart-to-heart with Vicki as she says of Brooks 'I knew he was a piece of s**t from the day you started dating him.'

Final confirmation? Shannon Beador comes forward to claim she has proof that Brooks Ayers faked his cancer diagnosis

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 10 reunion starts Monday October 19 at 9pm.
