Kris Jenner insists Scott Disick will always be 'part of the family'.

The showbiz matriarch is still close to the 32-year-old star, despite his recent split from her daughter Kourtney Kardashian, 36, with whom he has Mason, five, Penelope, three, and Reign, 10 months.

She told Access Hollywood: 'Aw, love him, love him. He's doing good. I talked to him today. He's always gonna be a part of our family, you know.

'We love really hard and he's the father of my grandchildren and we're all, we all love Scott.'

Her kind words come after she was seen berating him on the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' season finale after seeing pictures of him getting close to ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli.

She raged: 'That piece of s**t! It's disrespectful. I think I've often made excuses for Scott, and it's just getting tougher and tougher.'

Scott, who has battled alcohol problems, has been pictured with 18-year-old model Lindsay Vrckovnik, partying in New York City and hitting the beach in Miami.

Adding: 'We love really hard and he's the father of my grandchildren and we're all, we all love Scott.'

In January last year, Scott's father, Jeffrey passed away, less than three months after the reality TV star’s mother died.

Scott is the only child of Jeffrey and his wife Bonnie, who tragically passed away on October 28 following a long illness.

Following their split, a report claimed that Kourtney, who dated Scott for eight years, does not want to share custody of her three children with their father.

The reality star is said to be close to finalising an agreement with ex-partner Scott Disick over the future care of their children.

'However, Kourtney won't allow Scott split custody,' a source told People magazine. 'She thinks he is a drunk mess and not fit to be a parent without supervision.

Dropping hints? Scott posted this thinly veiled reference to his relationship via Instagram

'Although being a single mom is not easy, Kourtney is used to taking care of the kids by herself,' a source tells the magazine.

'She has them on a great schedule and everything runs smoothly even when she is alone with them. She had some nanny help, too, since she is working, but she spends as much time as possible with the kids.'

On Sunday night a promo for the 11th season of KUWTK showed the couple sharing an emotionally raw conversation following their breakup.

'It's been a really hard time going from like, having all you guys, to having nobody,' Scott said in the clip, his voice strained. 'I made the worst decision I could ever have made in my life.'

'You forget what happens when you're on a binge,' Kourtney told him.

Meanwhile, 31-year-old Khloe's ex-husband Lamar Odom was rushed to hospital after being found unconscious at Dennis Hof's Love Ranch South in Pahrumpon, Vegas, on Tuesday.

Currently in a coma, as his lungs and kidneys suffer serious problems.the basketball player is fighting for his life as Kim, Kourtney and Kris remain by his side.

According to TMZ, the professional basketball player was at Dennis Hoff's Love Ranch South in Pahrump when the incident happened on Tuesday afternoon.

He was discovered in his room unconscious by ranch workers Ryder Cherry and Monica Monroe who immediately called for a manager.

Hof estimated that Odom had possibly taken ten of the herbal Viagra substitutes but would not say if the athlete was a regular at the establishment.

Lamar was taken by ambulance to the Desert View Hospital hospital, where doctors intubated the basketball player but he did not regain consciousness.
