And Melanie Griffith put her incredible figure on display in Los Angeles on Wednesday as she enjoyed some alone time with a good book.

Showcasing her incredible, age-defying figure in form-fitting gym gear, the 58-year-old actress slipped into snug yoga pants and a tight sports vest as she enjoyed a pre-workout read in West Hollywood.

Taking some time out from the rigours of her day, the screen star - who divorced Antonio Banderas earlier this year - looked deep in concentration as she read a tome outside a coffee shop.

Obviously killing some time before a session at the gym, the Roar actress flaunted her gym-honed legs in a pair of grey pants.

Melanie teamed the snug bottoms with a pair of matching sports vest, which clung to the star's toned waist and tummy.

Rounding her sporty look off with a pair of multi-coloured trainers, the Hollywood star looked the epitome of gym chic.
