Take that, Maks! Hope Solo responds to Mr. Chmerkovskiy's diss that 'she's a sh**ty person' with image of DWTS judges holding '1' scores

Hope Solo isn't letting Maksim Chmerkovskiy off easy after he referred to her as 'a sh**ty person' recently.

The 34-year-old soccer player took to Twitter to let her followers know that, no matter what her former pro partner says, her performance was rated high during her time on Dancing With The Stars in 2011.

Hope did that by posting a three-way photo of judges Carrie Ann Inabe, Len Goodman and Bruno Tonioli holding up placards with '1' scores.

The 5 ft 9 brunette didn't write a caption, but she didn't need to with that perfect visual.

It was perhaps a reminder that Hope and Maksim, 35, did finish in fourth place on the dance competition show.

Hope is a two-time Olympic Gold Medalist and a World Cup Gold Medalist and obviously doesn't take a diss lying down.

Maksim, meanwhile, retired from Dancing With The Stars last year when he finally scooped the mirror-ball trophy after 14 seasons .

In a candid podcast interview, Maksim dished the dirt on his former dance partners - and how he's definitely done with the ABC show.

During Allegedly with Theo Von and Matthew Cole Weiss, the Ukrainian-born hunk was asked by the hosts which of his former dance partners he would 'f**k, marry or kill'.

And without hesitation Maksim revealed that he would 'kill' Solo

'She's just a sh**ty person. People can be bad or good or whatever... you can have a sh**ty life growing up, you can have a tough upbringing - but if you're just a bad person there's no excuse for that.

'She wrote a book, she lied about a bunch of stuff,' he added.

Maksim was referring to the soccer star's 2012 book Solo: A Memoir of Hope which included the claim that the professional dancer slapped her during rehearsals.

'I had a tough time dealing with that.' the Ukrainian star said, admitting that he went into hiding for a long time because of the accusations and backlash he received on social media.

Completing the game, Maksim revealed he has only ever hooked up with one of his partners - singer Willa Ford who he danced with in 2006.

He said: 'I did not have any relations with any of my partners... well, one!

'Willa Ford, we dated for a little while - I'm gonna stick that in the f**k category' he said of the blonde beauty.

'I would probably marry somebody like Misty May-Treanor' Maksim said of his 2008 volleyball player teammate.

The TV personality insisted he had no plans to return to the ABC talent show - although he made a guest appearance this week as judge - and revealed his contentious relationship with show producers.

'It's a permanent thing, I'm not coming back.' he confirmed

'Maybe I was just not a good person for DWTS. I was never about politics or looking good for the camera. I had one job, to teach someone how to dance'

'I had a giant fight with producers. I thought about it for two days. I can be lying to myself or be true to myself and I chose to be true to myself. When you are true to yourself sh*t comes out that the public may not like. And I'm ok with that.'

The star added that he is 'honest to a fault'

Maksim returned to season 21 of Dancing With The Stars on Monday to act as guest judge alongside Julianne Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli.

He is currently dating fellow dance pro Peta Murgatroyd.
