Kourtney Kardashian's estranged partner Scott Disick is said to have checked into rehab.

The news comes as Khloe Kardashian's troubled ex Lamar Odom fights for his life in a Las Vegas hospital following an alleged overdose at a brothel on Tuesday.

People reports Disick is now staying at a drug rehabilitation center in Malibu, which he checked into over the weekend, after receiving an ultimatum from Kourtney.

A spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment when contacted by DailyMail.com on Wednesday.

The 32-year-old was last pictured picking up Fiji water and Canada Dry Ginger Ale at a market in Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon.

During this challenging time Kourtney, 36, was seen arriving at the Las Vegas hospital where Lamar is being treated to support her younger sister Khloe.

The trip to Vegas comes after Kourtney was seen taking her daughter Penelope to ballet class near her Calabasas home along with her niece North earlier on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, a source told People that Disick entered rehab over the weekend after 'receiving an ultimatum' from Kourtney about being able to see their three children.

'He wants to make it stick this time because he has come close to losing everything,' another source told the publication.

The insider also noted that the troubled reality star checked into the clinic before Lamar was rushed to hospital on Tuesday.

Earlier, a new report claimed that Disick is depressed and out of control, regularly mixing a cocktail of prescription medication with illicit drugs and alcohol.

He takes cocaine, Xanax and Ativan and also drinks to excess during his long, wild benders, UsWeekly reported in its latest issue.

The publication also stated that the former reality standout has been complaining he has not been able to 'keep a clear head.'

Scott has Mason, aged five, Penelope, aged three, and Reign, aged 10 months with Kourtney.

On the magazine's cover it is claimed that 'the Lord' - as he calls himself - has hit 'rock bottom' and that Kourtney's sisters Kim, 34, and Khloe, 31, 'beg her to stop blaming drugs for his cruelty.'

'He does a lot of coke,' an insider told Us. And Disick also drinks an 'insane' amount of alcohol, the source added.

And then there are the other drugs, it was alleged.

'He takes downers and benzos [benzodiazepined, such as Xanax], which slow your heart after you've sped up,' said a source.

And it was also claimed that Scott takes even more pills when he gets ready for bed. 'He takes Ativan to knock himself out at the end,' said a friend.

This goes on for days, Us Weekly's source claimed, and 'then he's basically immobilized,' added the insider.

It was also added in the article that Scott and model Lindsay Vrckovnik, 18, spent time together in his hotel room when in New York and Miami.

'He hooked up with her the entire weekend,' a source claimed.

Scott has said he was innocent, added the magazine, but Kourtney is 'no fool,' it was stated.

Kim and her husband Kanye West, 38, want to help.

'They are very concerned about Scott and his behavior,' said a source. 'They are doing everything they can to reel him in.'

Scott has been suffering from depression after losing both his parents within three months. His mom Bonnie died in October 2013 while his dad Jeffrey passed away in January 2014. On Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons, Scott admitted he was struggling with their deaths.

On Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Scott was seen breaking down in tears. 'It's been a really hard time going from having all you guys to having nobody,' he said.

Another source said Scott thinks he can 'clean up his act' and get back together with Kourtney. And it was stated that the E! beauty 'still wants Scott back.'

Kourtney has previously expressed grave concerns for the father of her children.

'As time goes on, Scott just seems to get worse,' Kourtney told the cameras during a recent episode.

'I wanna be mad but then I also worry about Scott's safety, he definitely has a problem that he has to deal with, so it's hard. I feel like my emotions get all over the place.'

She told the TV show, 'Aw, love him, love him. He's doing good. I talked to him today. He's always gonna be a part of our family, you know.'

On Wednesday afternoon, TMZ reported that witnesses at the Vegas hospital have said Lamar had 'cocaine in his system and track marks on one of his arms'.

'Doctors have determined the former NBA star had cocaine and opiates in his system - but it's still unclear if the track marks are fresh or from previous drug use,' the source told the site.

The insiders also shared with TMZ that 'the fluid found in his lungs was the result of crack cocaine use.'

And it has been learned that Odom's friends who he partied with at the Sin City brothel, Love Ranch, have been turned away from the hospital.

UsWeekly revealed on Wednesday afternoon that Khloe has been by Lamar's hospital bed nonstop, even spending the night there on Tuesday. She was at a lingerie shoot in LA when she learned her ex was found unconscious.
