Best answer: "GS: Are young boys a nuisance because they are so rough? Should they be legally liable if they injure someone?"

    No and no!

"A couple of days ago a woman in New York lost her lawsuit against her 12 year old nephew."

She's looking for a pay day from the liability section of the homeowner's policy of her nephew's parents.

"He needs an spanking and a grounding, not a jail sentence."

Actually he doesn't need either of those things. He didn't intentionally hurt her...he was excited to see her, and jumped into her arms as a result of that excitement.

He was 8 years old at the time...he's 12 years old now. If he still gets excited like that, the only thing he needs are his parents to teach him to be mindful of the way he interacts with people.

He doesn't need to be punished for accidentally hurting his aunt.

  • Are there different types of Russians (racially/ethnically)?

I see some Russians are blonde and really fair/pale skin while some are tan and have dark hair (Like Mila Kunis or Irina Shayk).

Not all of course, but all the the women I have met. I'm a 20 year old female, and I have no female friends, only guy friends. im straight, and I don't sleep around so don't tell me that's why I have no female friends. This is going to sound conceited, but it adds to my question. All of my life Adults have always made a huge emphasis about how nice/sweet I am. Also, I used to be an uglier child but that's when I had the most female friends. As I've gotten older and started to care more about my appearance, I've lost literally all female friends. Now I can't make any. I will start to get along with a girl and she will end up ignoring me and acting rude. I'm not clingy. Like I said, I'm nice (I think and that's what people tell me). And I'm definitely not cocky, in fact I'm more on the low self esteem side, but I don't let it show. My parents will ask me how it's going with my friends, and I'll always have to tell them that girls have stood me up once again. But my guy friends are super loyal and just awesome. I'd just like to have like 2 female friends to go shopping with or something....:/ Am I doing something wrong? Please help. I just need advice

  • Are we all the same?

Best answer: We are all the same in some ways; for example, we all see (in a figurative sense of the word) things through our own eyes (again, figurative).

We are all different in a lot of obvious ways. I guess it could be said that we are all the same in that we are all unique. Kinda funny.

I knew KK. Had I asked her whether I should report that question, I would have got a rightly-deserved earful; along the lines of, whoever reports such a question lacks humanity, is contemptible, and should be ashamed of themselves.

Rest well, KK. I miss you.

But when naked pictures of scarlett johansson or jennifer lawrence were leaked and guys were worshiping and complimenting them, all the feminists were like "You're misogynistic, shame on you." Why is there such a double standard? Is it because male bodies aren't as protected as female bodies are? Is that why females who hit guys in public get a free pass but when a guy does it to a girl, everyone loses their minds? I'm not understanding this hypocrisy.
