Lost baby fruit bat is rescued and cuddles up to mum

The rare footage was captured by Singaporean animal charity ACRES, and shows the moment rescuers placed the baby out in the open to be found by its concerned mother. In the clip the baby bat, which had been lost for almost two hours, can be seen crying (left) before its mother lands on top of it (middle) and pulls it in for a cuddle with her wings (right).

The rare footage was captured by a tourist who watched as the big cat stalked its prey from the river bank before bravely launching itself at it, in what is believed to be South America. At first the big cat disappears from view before it later re-emerges with the reptile in its jaws. After biting down on the prey and ensuring it is trapped the jaguar carries it up the bank and takes it into the bushes to feed.

Later on in the video he appears to get more frustrated and begins growling while running around in a circle.
