They say third times a charm, and whoever becomes the third ever owner of this property will be handsomely rewarded with plenty of charm and a touch of Tinsel Town history.

Jonah Hill is parting ways with his Hollywood Hills compound and stands to make himself a tidy sum when he finds a buyer.

According to the Trulia listing, the 31-year-old is seeking $2.995 million for his three bedroom home and one bedroom guest house.

According to the LA Times, Jonah purchased the home five years ago for $1.865 million when it was listed for the first time since it was built in 1959.

This is because when the listing says 'celebrity-owned' it is not joking, as The Wolf Of Wall Street is the second Hollywood star to have lived in the property.

Before him, My Three Sons star Beverly Garland lived in the house for 40 years with her husband Fillmore Crank enlisting architect Richard Dorman to create the light-filled Mid-Century stunner.

Beverly loved the house so much that she lived there for 40 years and even passed away after a long illness in the building, at which time it was sold to Jonah.

The actor then updated the home but tried to keep its character, so much so that the listing even features a vintage roadster and scooter to be photographed in the home's driveway.
