Khloe Kardashian has hit back at the owner of the Nevada brothel where Lamar Odom was found unconscious, saying he is using the 'painful situation' to ramp up publicity for his business.

Dennis Hof, owner of the Love Ranch Vegas in Pahrump, said on Wednesday that he had told a publicist for the TV family to 'go to hell' after they asked him to not speak to the media.

Hof said the handler told him: 'We'd rather have Khloe say what needs to be said.'

Now Khloe has commented on Hof's remarks, as Odom remains in a medically-induced coma.

Again through her publicist, Khloe accused Hof of seeking the spotlight.

'We reached out to Dennis politely asking him to respect Lamar's (and Khloe's) privacy during this difficult time and refrain from talking to the press,' Kardashian's publicist told The New York Daily News.

'This is a very painful situation, as I know you are aware, and the idea that anyone would use it to seek publicity is really sad.'

Hof had also accused Khloe of using the situation for her benefit, after filing for divorce against Odom in 2013 after four years of marriage.

She then rushed to the Las Vegas hospital where Odom is being treated.

'If she really cared about this man, he wouldn't be at my place with my girls,' he said.

Hof told Nancy Grace Wednesday that he was asked by the Kardashian family not to speak to the press following Odom's collapse, however he decided they could 'go to hell'.

'Speaking of the Kardashians, I got a call from their publicist today saying, ''Are you going to do any media?'' and I said yes I'm going to go on the Nancy Grace show.

'And she said ''please don't do that, we'd rather have Khloe say what needs to be said''.

'I told her to go to hell.'

Hof maintained Odom had 'been eating great' and was 'healthy' during his stay - even though he previously said he was staying up all night partying.

'He was sleeping every night and eating all the food,' Hof told Nancy Grace.

'This guy could eat... he was just a guy wanting to get away and have a good time at a brothel with some girls'.

A source at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas where Odom is being treated for what has been described as a non-suicidal drug overdose revealed to E! News that doctors found 'virtually every drug imaginable' in his system, including cocaine and opiates, and that he is believed to have suffered a stroke and 'choked on his mucus'.

Odom is reportedly suffering from heart failure as well as problems with his liver and kidneys.

According to the LA Times, Hof said after Odom arrived at the ranch near Las Vegas on Saturday he stayed in Hof's personal home, which is attached to the facility.

He also said that as soon as he was found unresponsive, his staff called 911 immediately.

Hof, star of the HBO series Cathouse who spoke with a blonde woman alongside him, additionally told NBC News: '911 said we had to roll him on his left side and my management did that and he started throwing up all kinds of stuff and foaming at the mouth.

'The girls said that they didn't see anything (drugs), the police came and the ambulance came and they didn't see anything. We know for sure that he was taking excessive amounts of herbal Viagra.

'That is not to say he wasn't doing drugs but nobody saw anything like that.'

Mr Hoff also added that Odom seemed sombre on Sunday afternoon after receiving a phone call but appeared to shake it off and seemed to be having a good time.

It is understood the last person to see Odom was a female ranch worker around noon Tuesday.

He was then discovered by fellow staff members Ryder Cherry and Monica Monroe at around 3pm and they immediately called for a manager.

Hof estimated that Odom had possibly taken 10 of the herbal Viagra substitutes but would not say if the athlete was a regular at the establishment.

The Love Ranch, is located about 80 miles north of Las Vegas, offers a number of services including 4-Play for Two, Oil Wrestling, Viagra and Vibrators, and the Girlfriend Experience (GFE).

Hof, a 68-year-old Arizona native, bought the Love Ranch in 2010 and he owns nine brothels and a strip club in Nevada.

In addition to a VIP section, the newly renovated Love Ranch features a bar and massage rooms. The Love Ranch and Hof's other brothels also have Jacuzzi rooms, hot tubs, and water rooms.

There are sometimes as many as 50 women working on-site at the 24-hour brothels and they are open 365 days a year in order to provide services with no appointment required.
