Earning her fashion stripes! Renee Bargh makes a statement in plunging shirt dress as she joins Cat Deeley at LA boutique opening

She has a wardrobe full of glitzy, red carpet worthy wares as part of her job as an Extra entertainment presenter.

But Renee Bargh was keeping it casual on Wednesday when she escaped the flashbulbs to attend a more low key event in LA.

The Australian born beauty stepped out in a loose-fitting shirt dress with a plunging neckline as she mingled with the fashion crowd at the launch of Anine Bing's flagship boutique.

The black and white striped number's baggy fit swathed Renee's petite frame but did afford a glimpse of her gazelle like legs thanks to a thigh-skimming hem.

She added yet more height to her already statuesque figure with a pair of heeled boots and kept her acessories to a minimum.

Instead of going heavy on the jewellery, the blonde wrapped a slender silk scarf around her neck and decorated her fingers with a collection of fine rings.

Adding to her understated look, Renee left her highlighted locks loose in beachy waves and kept her makeup natural with a nude lip and plenty of mascara. 

Also at the event were fellow television stars Cat Deeley and Louise Roe who also opted for chic, dressed down looks.

The presenter's downtime comes after a whirlwind few weeks presenting from the red carpet at the first of the award season events.

Renee was among entertainment journalists at the Emmy's, and more recently sat down with Bradley Cooper and Sienna Miller to promote their film Burnt, and the queen of television herself, Oprah Winfrey.

LA based Renee split from her Australian footballer beau Josh Gibson earlier this year, citing the distance between them among reasons for the split.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph, she said: 'We definitely tried to make it work for as long as we could.

'But with both of our careers, keeping us on opposite sides of the world, it did just prove to be a little bit too challenging.'
