Kim is leading the outpouring of support for Lamar Odom from the Kardashian clan.

The 34-year-old did not let her burgeoning baby bump get in the way of being there for her estranged brother-in-law and sister Khloe.

Kim and her sister were not the only ones that headed to Las Vegas to rally around the former basketballer as Kourtney, Kylie and their mother Kris all made the trip to the desert.

A source for People magazine said: 'Everyone has dropped everything to get there. There are a lot of calls and texts going back and forth as everyone is figuring out how they can help and be there for each other.

'They are asking their close friends to pray for Lamar, for healing and strength. There is confusion about his condition, and they don't know the extent of his injuries, but I'll tell you this: they wouldn't just drop everything unless it was serious. The family has been told that this isn't just a minor thing; that it was extremely serious.'

Kim took a flight to Sin City along with Khloe and Kris on Tuesday night as she left her two-year-old daughter North back in Calabasas.

She was scheduled to have her baby shower this weekend according to E! News, but in the wake of the crisis with Lamar, has opted to cancel it.

According to the website, the theme of the shower was 'Troop Beverly Hills' (based on the 1989 movie.

It was due to be hosted by KIm's friend Allison Azoff at her home in Beverly Hills, which is where Khloe and Lamar tied the knot,

A source said: 'She's totally focused on being there for Khloé right now.'

The family has continued their united front as Caitlyn Jenner is also heading to Las Vegas to show her support for Lamar according to a late Wednesday report from E! News.

Troubled Lamar took cocaine with several prostitutes and wept uncontrollably about his 'broken' life in the hours before his collapse, Dailymail.com revealed on Wednesday.

It is believed Odom, 35, who is fighting for his life after a drug-fueled bender at a Nevada brothel, also took a cocktail of other illicit drugs during the four day binge.

In a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim was seen lambasting her sister for staying in contact with her ex.

During the shoe his former wife Khloe told the cameras she was worried Lamar would 'spiral' out of control after the drug-related death of his best friend.

In the previous week's episode, Kim was not too pleased about what she saw as 31-year-old Khloe's 'flirting' with her estranged husband Lamar.

‘I don’t know why Khloe and Lamar are talking, but he hurt her so badly,’ Kim told the camera. ‘As a big sister, I’m just really protective.

And for her to just be flirting with him on the phone makes me sick to my stomach.’

Kim didn’t just express her feelings during the confessional, however. The candid reality star echoed the same sentiments to Khloe.

‘I can’t take it,’ she said dramatically, and Khloe appeared to already be annoyed as she asked her sibling what she was talking about.

‘The fact that when he decides to come around and be friendly, you’re flirting with him,’ Kim clarified.

She's coming too: Caitlyn Jenner, 65, is also travelling to Las Vegas to be at Lamar's bedside according to an E! News report on Wednesday after previously visting her mother, Esther, after she had broken both her hips

Khloe denied she was doing any such thing, asking: ‘I’m flirting with him how? By answering the phone and saying hello?’

However it seems Kim is now there one hundred per cent for her sister and Lamar, and they both go through this very difficult time.

After Kourtney, 36, took her daughter Penelope and niece North to ballet class she was spotted catching a private jet out of Van Nuys airport to join her family at Lamar's bedside.

Kylie, 19, was spotted arriving at the hospital with her, having abruptly ended her live stream on Tuesday after learning that Lamar had collapsed.

Meanwhile Kendall, her half-brother Rob and mother Kris all took to social media on Wednesday to post about the former world champion basketball player.

'They're pretty sure this is goodbye, but they're praying for a miracle,' a source told People.

'They know that God has the power to heal him, but that's really the last hope at this point. This is really bad.'

Khloe also flew in Lamar's father so he could be close to him as well as his children Destiny and Lamar Jr.
