Like father like son! Colin Hanks looks the spitting image of father Tom at All Things Must Pass premiere
There is no mistaking the gene pool where Colin Hanks is concerned.
When he appeared on the red carpet for his documentary film All Things Must Pass on Thursday night he as the spitting image of his famous actor father Tom.
The 37-year-old appeared at the premiere on the arm of his step-mother Rita Wilson.

The actor looked smart casual wearing a jean jacket teamed with a pair of black denim trousers.
Even his poses were similar to his famous 59-year old father.
His mother looked delighted to be on her sons arm as they posed together.

Colin directs All Things Must Pass: The Rise and Fall of Tower Records
His father was absent from the event - he had a prior commitment to appear on the Jimmy Fallon show.
And no surprise - the pairs films are both out on the same day.
So alike: The likeness is even more uncanny when compared to Tom back in 1985
Tom had been promoting his flick Bridge of Spies.
In an interview with People earlier this month Tom joked of the clash: I'm in competition with my son!'
He also revealed his son's work and admitted that it made him cry.
The Oscar winner added: 'We really might try to do a tweet-off.'
'I hope that he sees mine and I see his on the same night.'
Educating Rita: No doubt she had learned many new things after watching the documentary
Also not at the event was his wife Samantha Bryant - the couple have two children.
Colin followed in his father's footsteps and also took up acting.
His credits include a starring role in the 2002 movie Orange County and a minor part in the 2005 remake of King Kong.
He also has appeared on the cable shows Mad Men and Dexter.
Hanks for the memories: He took delight in posing up with Sean Stuart, Russ Solomon and Nolan Gallagher
