She recently confessed to wearing many hats as a parent, saying she now plays both a 'mom and a dad.'

But Heidi Klum appeared to do so with ease on Saturday as she was spotted in high spirits while taking her four children to a soccer game in Brentwood, California.

The 42-year-old Project Runway host smiled while showing off her slim figure in a sporty chic ensemble as she walked hand-in-hand with her six-year-old daughter, Lou.

Playing the role of the ultimate soccer mom, the German model was clad in a sleeveless black shirt which she teamed with a pair of skinny jeans and black high-top sneakers.

The former Victoria's Secret Angel also had a black sweatshirt wrapped around her waist, as her blonde locks were pulled black into a ponytail.

She appeared to be wearing minimal make-up, as her eyes were concealed with gold aviator shades.

Heidi was sipping on an iced beverage from Starbucks, perking up for the active outing.

Pseudonym? The actress' Starbucks cup appeared to be marked with a different name than her own

The America's Got Talent star's sighting comes after she discussed parenting with Redbook magazine.

Together, the supermodel and her ex-husband Seal have four children - daughters Leni, 11, and Lou, and sons Henry, 10, and Johan, eight.

Heidi revealed that she plays both mother and father to her children since her 2012 split from the Grammy-winning musician.

'Obviously things have changed, but they haven't changed drastically,' she said of the split.

'[Seal] was never your typical dad who left for work in the morning with his briefcase and would be home by dinnertime every night. He traveled a lot.

'The kids knew it was part of his job. I'm a mom and a dad at the same time.'

The former couple married in 2005 but split seven years later.

Heidi, who is a judge on America's Got Talent, Project Runway and Germany's Next Top Model, went on to say that men aren't aren't good multitaskers - or in some cases, single-taskers.

'Women are capable of juggling a lot of balls - we do things that guys just cannot do,' she said.

'Men typically can juggle only one ball, and even then they're like, "I'm confused. Should I put it in my right or left hand?"' A lot of them have a very hard time just trying to figure out what to do with that one ball. And often they want us to hold that one too!'

Heidi is currently dating 29-year-old art dealer Vito Schnabel, and Seal is dating Erica Packer - with whom he is rumoured to be expecting a baby.
