She was never far from controversy as a star of Celebrity Big Brother, and now Farrah Abraham is hitting the headlines again after revealing she is going under the knife for her third boob job.

The Teen Mom star, 24, has revealed she scheduled a breast reconstruction op on Friday, a decision she made after she is said to have suffered months of severe agony and painful scar tissue from previous surgery.

Farrah said: 'I'm thankful to have the best reconstructive breast surgeon in the Beverly Hills area fix the burning and pain issues that were horrible.'

Surgery: Farrah Abraham is hitting the headlines again after revealing she is having her third boob job

The US star, who was famous for her furious bust-ups on Celebrity Big Brother in September with Atomic Kitten star Natasha Hamilton and former contestant Aisleyne Horgan Wallace, is now preparing for her third boob job and has scheduled the op to be carried out by Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon to the stars Dr. Stuart Linder.

Over the years, she's undergone multiple procedures: two breast augmentations, fillers in her cheeks and lips, a chin implant and rhinoplasty. Most recently, she went under the knife for lip implants but suffered an extreme reaction to the anesthetic and ended up in hospital with severely swollen lips.

Mother-of-one Farrah, who shot to fame in 2009 as a star of MTV's 16 and pregnant, revealed the details of her breast augmentation and reconstruction surgery after suffering from severe pain from her past ops.

Explaining her decision, she said: 'I was happy to learn about new incision placement for better results as opposed to under the breast for my paining and burning to stop.'

The reality TV beauty, who will be a celebrity guest on Botched Post-Op October 19th to air after the new season of Botched said: 'I'm happy I could share my story to help other women who may have these side effects and now know it is fixable and there are great doctors to fix this issue and better implants like SRX. I can't wait for Dr. Linder to fix me.'

The then 19-year-old star first went under the knife in 2011 a bid to boost her modelling career.

She went from an A cup to C cup during a breast augmentation surgery and the entire process was documented for the third season of the hit MTV reality Teen Mom.

Farrah first sparked further surgery speculation in January when she stepped out with a fuller bust-line, however she chose not to comment at the time.

Fast forward four years, and Farrah has become a star in the UK after appearing in CBB this year.

The feisty mum, who would frequently row with fellow housemate Atomic Kitten star Natasha Hamilton, also hit the headlines after a fight broke out on Celebrity Big Brother's spin-off panel show in September where 'Allo 'Allo actress Vicki Michelle had to be rushed to hospital after champagne glasses and chairs were thrown.

Police were called after Farrah, Jenna Jameson, Janice Dickinson and Aisleyne were involved in a fracas on Channel 5's Bit On The Side.

A witness said Vicki Michelle was 'caught in the crossfire' and glassed when the other celebrities, some of whom were drinking, began rowing over whether they had 'anger issues'.

Glasses were thrown after Aisleyne called Farrah a 'nasty horrible b****' who should 'f*** off' back to America.

The last thing heard by viewers was Farrah shouting: 'Hag be quiet, hag be quiet' before Aisleyne yelled back 'Sorry?' and then appeared to grab her champagne flute.
