Even Jimmy Fallon was surprised with the impromptu reveal.

Hollywood megastar Vin Diesel was on the show to promote his newest movie, The Last Witch Hunter, in New York on Wednesday evening.

The 48-year-old Fast and Furious star was downright bubbly as he sat down opposite Fallon for the interview.

He wore a simple black button down with black trousers and black boots and couldn't stop smiling, as he obviously knew Fallon had a picture to share with the audience.

'Get ready to really, really clap,' the host exclaimed, before propping up a picture of the under-one-year-old girl.

Pauline is clad in a pink dress while resting on a bed and holding onto her father's head, sticking her tiny fingers in his ears.

Vin is reciprocating the affection, holding onto his tiny tot while cosying up for an intimate embrace.

The actor previously revealed that he named his little girl after his late friend and Fast & Furious co-star Paul Walker.

When asked about his other children, the Guardians of the Galaxy actor paused and then started reaching for his phone.

'My 7-year-old daughter has an iPhone now,' Diesel explained, referring to daughter Hania, and then proceeded to read a text out loud.

'Hi Daddy. I love you so much. I am so proud of you. I miss you so much. I believe in you that you will make an awesome movie. I love you so much. I miss you so much.'

Apparently he had received the text when he was shooting The Last Witch Hunter.

After joking about not remembering how many there have been, Diesel announced that the latest film in the series, Furious 8, would be set in New York.

The Tonight Show also featured singer Selena Gomez, who was there to promote her new album Revival and a new app that supposedly can detect ghosts.

As Fallon made fun of the app, Gomez insisted that it had once picked up people she knew ‘by name’.

Gomez later flashed some leg on the piano to perform her sultry new track Same Old Love, from the album Revival.
