Celine Dion's three boys are growing up fast with the twins about to celebrate their fifth birthday and her 14-year-old son playing on his hometown hockey team.

The 47-year-old singer had some fun showing them all off on Wednesday as she posed for a selfie with Rene Angelil Jr in front of a jersey previously worn by Canadian hockey player P.K. Sabban.

Then Dion took her twins Eddy and Nelson to Disneyland in Anaheim, California on Wednesday, just a few days ahead of their birthday bash.

The selfie had mom and son holding up their hands in a double peace sign with Rene Jr. sporting a reverse cap and the hint of a mustache and Celine smiling proudly beside her hockey-playing son.

Rene Jr. currently plays for the Nevada Storm youth hockey team Bantam AA as No. 19.

In another cute snap taken in front of the Sleeping Beauty Castle, Celine and her twin sons Eddy and Nelson posed with Mickey Mouse.

The four-year-old tots - who turn five on October 23 - were clad in matching outfits that featured black baseball caps, Smokey The Bear athletic shirts, dark trousers and white high-top trainers.

Celine was the picture of casual elegance in a grey shirt with three-quarter length sleeves, snowy white jeans and white high-top trainers.

Sadly missing from the fun was Celine's husband of nearly 21 years, Rene Angelil, 73, who continues to fight throat cancer.

The My Heart Will Go On singer recently told USA Today that Rene is 'terminal.'

And babies make three: The French Canadian-born songstress welcomed two more boys - twins Eddy and Nelson - on October 23, 2010 and showed them off here four months later on February 16, 2011

'Sometimes he just wants me to enter into a different place with him,' Celine said. 'I'll say, "You're scared? I understand. Talk to me about it."

'And René says to me, "I want to die in your arms." OK, fine, I'll be there, you'll die in my arms.'

Celine, who resumed her Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in August, indicated that it was her ailing partner's idea that she continue the show.

'When you see someone who is fighting so hard, it has a big impact on you,' she told USA Today. 'You have two choices. You look at your husband who's very sick and you can't help, and it kills you.

'Or you look at your husband that's sick and you say, "I got you. I got it. I'm here. It's going to be just fine."'
