So that's how she stays so thin! Gisele Bundchen shows off bowl of veggies that looks to be under 200 calories she cooked herself with 'mom's recipe'

She loves to work out regularly with yoga sessions and spinning classes to keep her model curves in check.

But Gisele Bundchen appears to be careful with her food choices as well.

On Friday the 35-year-old Vogue favorite - who is married to New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady - showed off one of her meals, and it looked to have less than 200 calories.

The Vogue model posed makeup free in front of a bowl of vegetable soup.

In the bowl was broccoli, string beans, and carrots. A side of bread and butter was not visible, neither was a beverage.

But the Brazilian bombshell was not just flaunting her healthy habits. She was also reminding her followers to not waste food as the ingredients from the meal were from the night before.

It appears as if the mother of two prepared the meal herself as she pointed out she used 'mom's recipe.'

It looked as if Bundchen was holding the camera herself for the selfie. The lingerie model had on a black and white sweater and was wearing gold earrings and a matching necklace. Her highlighted hair was worn in a messy day-at-home fashion.

And the snap appeared to be taken at her dining room table where she used silver flatware and a straw-bound placemat.

Gisele and Tom wed in 2009, but their relationship has recently been hit by divorce rumors amid the stress of the Deflategate scandal.

Brady's four-game suspension in relation to the cheating scandal was tossed out by a judge last month.

However, the quarterback also dismissed talk of marriage trouble, in an interview with Boston radio station WEEI last month. 'We're in a great place,' he said. 'There's no bigger supporter I have than her.'

At the TAG event he also gushed about his three kids: John, aged eight, Benjamin, aged six, and Vivian, aged two.

'That is a tough job because it is a lot of work, and you know, when I’m home with the kids it’s exhausting,' Tom said.

'I can’t wait to get back to work. "Oh my God," I say. "I need a break. Going back to a place where people actually listen to me." You know, my two-year-old old girl, she won’t listen to a word I say. I gotta get back to work and tell these 300-pounders what to do and they actually listen.'

Tom added about his kids, 'They’re just the biggest blessing in my life. Not a day goes by that you don’t laugh or smile at something that they do.”'
