Kim Kardashian spread some very positive vibes Lamar Odom's way on Saturday.

The reality star posted another thoughtful message to Instagram that included a heartwarming throwback photo depicted her and Lamar dancing at her lavish wedding in Italy to Kanye West in May 2014.

Lamar, who wore a black tuxedo and bow tie, looked genuine and happy to be around the new blushing bride.

In her message, Kim seemed to confirm that Lamar is in fact awake and able to somewhat communicate, as she implied the stricken basketball star acknowledged Kim and Kendall for their visit.

Kris Jenner, trying to keep the spirits of her family and supporters up, posted a moving message and family portrait to Instagram Saturday night.

According to TMZ, the ex-NBA star was reportedly taken off a ventilator and was breathing on his own on Saturday, but he's still not out of the woods.

The family, with the exception of Khloe, have been shuttling back and forth between the hospital in Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

Khloe has stayed by her estranged husband's since he entered the hospital.

While it's unclear when the photo was taken, all seem to be relaxed and in good spirits, suggesting it was before Lamar and Khloe's split back in July.

Kris and Kim's social network updates are only the latest of the Kardashian's messages of support for Khloe's ex, as the whole family has expressed support for Lamar in their own way.
