Hilary Duff stayed cozy in a cute sweater and puffer coat while on set in New York.

The actress, 28, wore a striped turtleneck sweater and warm puffy coat as she filmed her TV Land comedy Younger in the city on Monday.

The bubbly actress appeared to be having fun on set, flashing a big smile during one of her rare breaks.

The actress plays an ambitious young editor who befriends an older coworker, played by Sutton Foster, who is passing as a twenty-something in a bid to restart her career.

On Monday, Hilary wore her blonde hair up in a bun, with her bangs swept to one side.

To stay warm in New York's chilly autumn, the former Disney star added a burgundy puffy coat.

Chic: Hilary plays an ambitious young editor in the TV Land comedy

The second season of the show will premiere with a one-hour episode on January 12.

During a break in filming, Hilary joked around on set, pulling an exaggerated facial expression that made her pal crack a smile as they walked and chatted.

The Sparks singer wore gold hoop earrings and a dark manicure that matched her winter coat.

She added navy blue corduroy pants with a slight flare and front pockets.
