She was there for every big moment in the Kardashian-Jenner household - even giving away stepdaughter Khloe at her 2009 wedding to Lamar Odom.

But Caitlyn Jenner remained in Los Angeles on Saturday, as her reality show family rushed back to Las Vegas to be at the bedside of her former son-in-law.

Showing just how split the once-close Kardashian-Jenner family have become, Caitlyn went to the cinema with a friend, no longer part of the Kardashian inner circle.

No longer part of the inner circle: Caitlyn Jenner goes to the cinema in Los Angeles on Saturday night while the rest of the Kardashian family support Khloe at Lamar's bedside in Nevada

It's the weekend: Caitlyn, 65, looked glam for her Saturday night out in a sparkly top, cropped skinny pants and sandals and rocking bright red polish on her fingers and toes

Holding her designer clutch bag, Caitlyn wore skinny black jeans and a sparkly top for the low-key outing with her close friend and assistant Ronda Kamihira, who often features on the reality show I Am Cait.

Caitlyn has yet to publicly comment on the collapse of her former son-in-law, with her only tweets this week being a selfie backing an anti-bullying day, and a snap of her sister accepting an award.

Her silence is in direct contrast to her daughters Kendall and Kylie, and their half-sisters and mother, who have been imploring their fans to pray for Odom.

Staying silent: Caitlyn has yet to wade in with any public comment about the collapse of her former son-in-law and hasn't made mention of him on her social media accounts

Difficult time: The former Olympian's transgender transition has been difficult for Khloe to handle although she's expressed support for her step-parent

Left at home: The fact that Caitlyn is home alone while her family are together in Vegas speaks volumes about how the extended family has changed since Caitlyn's transition

The former Bruce Jenner has been publicly supported by all of her children in her decision to transition, including Khloe.

But while she has given Caitlyn her backing, the change has been a difficult one for Khloe to process.

'We don't like to say that Bruce is gone, per se. We, my sisters and I, we will call Caitlyn 'Bruce,' and we've been told that's completely fine,' Khloe, 31, told Australia's The Project back in July.

'She has told us we are allowed to call her any name we want to. Because on the phone, when she calls me, it's the same voice as Bruce, she explained. 'And if I'm not physically with her, it's hard to remember in the moment that I'm talking to Caitlyn, if that makes sense.'

Family values: Caitlyn was once a central part of the Kardashian-Jenner clan but not any more, it seems

Khloe has always been the glue of the Kardashian family - whether it be taking in her brother Rob as he struggled with the pressures of fame, or acting as a second mother to her younger sisters Kendall and Kylie through their teen years.

And in return her siblings have rushed to support the 31-year-old as she holds a near-constant vigil at her estranged husband's bedside.

Sources said Khloe has become a 'shell of herself' since Odom's collapse. Being his legal guardian - in charge of his medical decisions - has 'been very hard on her', Us Magazine reported.

The former LA Lakers star collapsed on Tuesday during a drink and drug-fueled binge in a Nevada brothel, but is now breathing independently after being taken off his ventilator on Friday night.

All of Khloe's siblings have been to visit her at Lamar's bedside - with even the reclusive Rob said to have quietly flown in.

Her mother Kris and all sisters except for Kendall initially flew to the hospital on Thursday, and left a few hours later. Khloe, however, refused to leave Odom's side.

Out in the cold: Prior to being spotted Saturday night in LA, it had been rumored that Caitlyn was visiting with Lamar at his Vegas hospital but that's clearly not the case

On Friday, Kim and Kris dropped everything to board a private jet in Van Nuys, California, bound for Nevada's Sunrise Hospital, following the news of Lamar's improved condition.

This time they were joined by Kendall, who had flown in from London, where she had been working as a model.

The family has also suspended all activity on their paid-for apps to rally round 35-year-old Odom.

'As a family we've decided to hold off on publishing content across our apps while we continue to support and pray for Lamar,' they said. 'Thank you for your kindness and understanding during this difficult time.

Lonely? Caitlyn even seemed a little careworn despite having made an effort to dress up for the low-key evening

After initial posting asking fans to pray for Odom, the Kardashian-Jenner family's social media accounts have now filled with good news.

'I believe in the power of prayer!' Kim Kardashian tweeted on Saturday, with a picture of her and Lamar dancing. 'Thx 4 ur prayers Lammy- So happy Kendall & I could make u smile 2day God is good!'

'Come on Lamar!!!' Kris Jenner wrote on an Instagram post just hours after news of Odom's positive turnaround broke. 'You are such a champion. I know you got this,' she continued.
