For some, turning 30 is a dreaded milestone, but not for Renee Bargh.

The weekend co-host of Extra has been in Mexico this week, bidding farewell to her 20s with a large group of friends at a heavenly beachside resort.

Sharing her special week on social media with the hashtag 'sucia30' - meaning 'dirty thirty' - the gorgeous Australian presenter has been 'flooding the feed' with regular updates from her luxurious getaway.

In the most recent update, Renee is a vision in a bohemian lace dress, which features a plunging v-neck, while her head was adorned with white flowers.

She is pictured grinning and laughing as the luxury hotel surprises her with a large cake and an all-white musical ensemble to sing her Happy Birthday. 

Earlier in the day, the bubbly blonde is pictured standing on a large patio overlooking the ocean with her arms placed upon her head.

Barefoot and looking completely serene, the TV host dons a burgundy triangle-cut bikini and a pinstripe maxi skirt, with her hair wet from an afternoon dip in the villa's private pool.

She wrote in the caption: 'So long 20's'..

With her arms up in the air and one foot off the floor, the Emmy winner twirls, making her stunningly embroidered dress flutter in the wind, as enormous dream-catchers dangle from the ceiling.

In a joyful shot taken against the sunset, seven members of Renee's crew hold hands as they leap into the swimming pool. 

Renee wrote in the caption: 'Tradition. (Missing a few)' before tagging in pop star Delta Goodrem, Nine Network journalist Airlie Walsh, Extra co-host Charissa Thompson, model Ashley Hart and singer Amy Edwards, adding: 'Missing you'.
