Ready to rumba! Alek Skarlatos shows off commitment to Dancing With The Stars as he leaves practice still wearing jazz shoes
He said it was time to begin 'upping our game' on Monday night's episode of Dancing With The Stars.
And Alek Skarlatos demonstrated the depth of his determination when he left practice in Hollywood on Sunday, still sporting his trusty black jazz shoes.
The buff 23-year-old teamed his dancing footwear with a light grey shirt that read Team Takedown, which showed off his sculpted shape.

Alek also wore a pair of olive green shorts and had a black backpack slung over a single shoulder.
The Dancing With The Stars competitor looked a little wiped out as he headed outdoors, his hands shoved inside his short pockets.
It was only days earlier Alek busted his nose while working with temporary dance partner Emma Slater, 26, just hours before appearing on Monday's episode.

Dance pro Emma accidentally elbowed the National Guardsman in the face while they were doing a twirl.
Alek was scheduled to see a doctor on Tuesday to confirm the broken nose diagnosis.
Week five of the dancing competition saw the stars switch up their usual partners - and the chemistry between Emma and Alek was immediate.
On the mend: The 23-year-old seemed completely fine after injurying his nose last week
She admitted she 'really wanted' the Paris train hero to be her temporary partner, calling him ‘hench’ and 'yolked'.
'In English that means phwar,' she said, making a demonstration about his bulging biceps.
'I really like him,' she conceded, before agreeing to go on a date with the hunky hero.
Ohlala! Week five of the dancing competition saw the stars switch up their usual partners - and the chemistry between Emma and Alek was immediate
The pair received a 29 for their performance.
Alek's performance came just after his fellow train hero, Spencer Stone, was hospitalized with stab wounds sustained in a fight outside a bar in Sacramento.
And had Skarlatos not been on the ABC show, he would have been in class at Umpqua Community College in Oregon, where gunman Chris Harper-Mercer killed nine people last week.
