Ms Schulz previously told Daily Mail Australia she had reduced the intensity of her exercise routine by 50 per cent and modified her exercises daily, or even hourly, in keeping with how she felt.

‘I usually deadlift around 110 kilograms, but now I no longer deadlift anything over 45 or 50 kilograms,’ she said.

‘I can still do burpees, still do push-ups and a lot of squatting, which is a really functional movement.

'We can't judge others by an Instagram post, one video or one photo, we don't know their journey or how fit that person is,' she wrote on her Facebook page.

'It makes me so happy to be surrounded by fit, healthy and proactive mama's,' Ms Schulz wrote on Instagram.

'It just made me so happy to continue to spread the positive message of active pregnancies.'
