It was only a few weeks ago she was relaxing enjoying her honeymoon.

But on Monday it was business as usual for Allison Williams, who was out and about in New York running errands.

The brunette, who recently wed her entrepreneur fiancé Ricky Van Veen after she postponed their nuptials earlier this year, kept it casual and practical with her ensemble.

Allison wore a khaki coloured jacket and had a red rucksack slung over her shoulder.

Nice bling: She showed off her sparkling engagement and wedding ring

Her perfectly manicured nails matched her bag in a deeper hue.

The 27-year-old teamed her top with a pair of skinny jeans and blue pull on pumps.

She let her natural beauty shine through going make-up free for her outing.

The Girls actress clutched a coffee and her phone, which nicely set off her sparkling engagement and wedding ring.

Allison and her husband Ricky delayed their nuptials for a nearly a year, but made up for the wait with what looked like an gorgeous honeymoon.

She posted a shot of the location on her Instagram earlier this month.

While she didn't reveal the location of her blissful break it seemed the destination was in Italy on the Amalfi coast according to E! News.

Looking angelic as she gazed over the city of lights she added the caption, 'Honeymoon was Heavenly & I'm Happy to be Home.'

Allison and Ricky, 34, married last month in a private ceremony at Brush Creek Ranch in Saratoga, Wyoming according to People.

The couple had initially decided to delay their wedding due to the scandal surrounding her father, former NBC Nightly News anchor Brian Williams.

NBCUniversal conducted an investigation after reports surfaced that Brian had made false statements regarding his coverage of the 2003 Iraq War.

Idyllic: The Girls star took to Instagram at the beginning of this month to post a photo of her idyllic honeymoon

The network suspended Williams as they conducted their review before later announcing Lester Holt would permanently take over as host of the popular news program.

In a press release by Andrew Lack, Chairman of NBC News and MSNBC, Lack stated Williams would not return as host because of 'inaccurate statements about his own role and experiences covering events in the field.'

While the crisis was likely an embarrassment to the Williams family, Allison defended her father.

'He's a really good man. He's an honest man. He's a truthful man. He has so much integrity ... and, yes, he's a really good dad,' she stated to Seth Meyers according to People.
