Jennie Garth made the most of some down time on Monday and bonded with her daughters Lola, 12 and Fiona, eight.

The trio headed to lunch in the Sherman Oaks neighbourhood of Los Angeles with the actress wearing a casual ensemble for the low-key outing.

Garth, 43, wore cropped leggings with a semi-sheer white tank top and wrapped a pale blue sweater around her waist.

The former Mystery Girls star hid her eyes behind nude framed sunglasses and carried a stylish tasseled handbag.

The TV star held onto her girls' hands as they strolled back to their car together.

Newlywed Garth married actor David Abrams at her ranch in Santa Ynez in July after the duo dated for less than a year.
