And Kate Hudson managed to not only show off the fruits of her gym labour, but also her style savvy when she appeared at the premiere of her latest film Rock The Kasbah on Monday night.
The 36-year-old actress looked stunning in a sheath dress, which hugged her body in all the right places at the event in New York.

The sequin striped number fitted her frame perfectly.
The blonde glittered in her floor length frock and the colours contrasted perfectly with the pink backdrop for the premiere.
The dress featured a mesh design, which made the star appear naked underneath.

She told Allure magazine: 'People think you need two hours a day to do it, and that's bulls—t.
Kate, who has her own athletic leisure line, Fabletics added: 'If you work out 20 minutes a day in some way, you're going to see changes. Like, I've had days where I have the kids —Ryder's on his bike, and I put Bing in a stroller — and I will run and sprint up hills. I do things that people would think look completely insane.'

Bruce, 60, told Today show about the film and Bill Murrays performance: 'I think it is his best movie.
'He is just terrific in this picture...he has turns in this which are very unexpected and is crazy funny.
'He is just great he cracks me up.'
The man of the moment himself seemed unfazed by all the positive comments he had garnered for his role in the movie.
