Don't panic! Harking back to the good old day's of the beloved British sitcom, the new poster for the Dad's Army film pays homage to the spirit of the classic TV show
Transformed into their Walmington-on-Sea's Home Guard characters, Toby and Billy Nighy can be seen in their respective positions of Captain Mainwaring and Sergent Wilson.
Looking almost identical to Arthur Lowe in the original seventies TV series, Toby, 49, can be seen clad in his green uniform and peeked cap, pulling an officious, haughty yet defiantly proud pose.
And while Bill, 65, looks slightly less like John Le Mesurier in looks, the Love Actually star manages to capture the essence of Wilson's dignified and dependably patient character.

Meanwhile Michael Gambon, Tom Courtenay, Bill Patterson, Blake Harrison and Daniel Mays all looking strikingly similar in their roles as Private Godfrey, Lance Corporal Jones, Private Frazer, Private Pike and Private Walker.
Adding a modern spin to the classic air of the poster is Catherine Zeta-Jones in her role as plucky journalist Rose Winters, dressed in a glamorous and retro deep scarlet jacket and skirt.
Stood with their weapons in hand, and with the Union Jack being carried by Lance Corporal Jones (Courtenay), the characters look ready to defend Blighty's green fields.
The originals: Clearly keen to make the film as close to the spirit of the original Dad's Army, the cast have all been transformed into doppelgangers of the Arthur Lowe (far left) and his co-star

A new story: Set in 1944, the film centres around the final year of World War II with the Allies poised to spring their D-Day assault upon the unsuspecting Nazis
The new film adaption looks set to stay true to the beloved seventies TV show, which ran for nine series during the 1970's, and saw Captain Mainwaring and his troop embroiled in all sorts of unlikely and hilarious exploits.

The question on everyone's lips, including the spy's, is will Captain Mainwaring be able to lead his troops to victory?
Directed by Oliver Parker and written by Hamish McColl, the pair responsible for the Johnny English films, the comedy is set to hit cinemas around the UK on February 5th 2016.
