Caitlyn Jenner has announced she is undertaking a speaking tour across a number of US and Canadian cities.

On the same day it was also revealed the 65-year-old is currently lining up a book deal for her memoir.

Tickets for her talk, which is part of the Unique Lives & Experiences series have already gone on sale, with some of the venues already half sold out.

They range from $40 to $250, with VIP package available for $500 which includes a post reception meet and greet and a signed framed photo with her.

Howard Szigeti, a spokesman for Unique Lives, told USA Today that the event will be a 'personal and intimate evening'.

He said the talk would focus on 'Caitlyn’s personal journey with an inspiration-message of acceptance towards the transgender community and what it takes to lead an authentic life, followed by a short, moderated, question-and-answer period'.

There are currently five cities on her Up Close And Personal tour - Toronto, Vancouver, Denver, San Francisco and Seattle - which take place between February 22 and March 1 of next year.

Meanwhile Us Weekly revealed that the reality star is currently penning a memoir, and is close to finalising details with her publisher.

'They want her to do a memoir,' a source told the mag. 'Caitlyn is in a very good place right now. She's very happy. Life is good.

She is also reportedly set to appear in Glamour magazine's Women of the Year issue next month.

Caitlyn remains the only member of her famous family who has yet to visit former son-in-law Lamar Odom, who is still recovering in Nevada after overdosing at a brothel.
