The long-arm weighted crunch will really target your abdominal muscles. Lie on your back, feet flat on the floor and knees bent. Hold one weight or a bottle of water with both hands. Extend your arms straight back behind your head.

Engage your abdominals and crunch your rib cage towards your pelvis, so that you lift your upper body and arms carrying the weight off the floor.

Perform 12-15 repetitions.
