She has double duties on her new TV show.

And it looks like Eva Longoria has become a master at multitasking as she gets to work on her anticipated NBC comedy Hot and Bothered.

The 40-year-old actress shared a behind-the-scenes look from a day on set on Tuesday, which sees the star looking very glam for a stint in the director's chair.

The Desperate Housewives beauty stood in front of a monitor with headphones on as she looked over a scene in the Instagram snap.

But instead of casual clothes for a long day in charge, the glam star flaunted her famous curves in a halter-neck swimsuit.

The purple number featured a plunging neckline and high-cut legs to show off Eva's enviable figure, while just in case the outfit wasn't glam enough, a bling belt accentuated her tiny waist.

A statement necklace and glittering earrings matched Eva's glitzy makeup, with lashings of winged eyeliner and a deep red lip adding to the dressed-up look.

Eva cheekily captioned her Instagram shot: 'Yep...this is me....directing! #DoesntEveryOneWearThis'.

Eva's glam look is explained by the fact the talented star is both producing and leading Hot and Bothered, a single-camera comedy which marks the actress' first starring role since Desperate Housewives.

The 11-episode series is set behind the scenes of a Spanish language telenovela, with Eva playing popular diva Ana Maria, a character especially created for her, who strives to stay on top in a world where the drama on-camera is nothing compared to the drama off-camera.

Eva has been concentrating on producing since Desperate Housewives ended in 2012.

She already executive produces Lifetime’s Devious Maids while her production company UnbeliEVAble sold nine projects this year, including medical drama Critical at NBC and Texas political/family drama Pair Of Aces at ABC.
