But Chris Martin and his new girlfriend Annabelle Wallis were happy to be seen together as they arrived at London's Heathrow Airport on Wednesday morning.

The Coldplay frontman and the British actress appeared low-key and relaxed as they walked through the terminal to catch a flight to another destination.

Chris, 38, revealed his happy mood with a perky smiley face on his baseball cap, despite hiding his eyes behind a pair of shades after leaving a store.

Although he dressed casually for his journey, also rocking a pair of loose trousers and a jumper while toting two large bags on his shoulders, his beautiful new lady was far more glamorous.

The 31-year-old actress looked effortlessly lovely in cropped black trousers teamed with a dark blue sweater and a long, tailored coat.

She showed off a hint of her ankles as she wore the trousers with a pair of low-heeled ankle boots, and added a pop of colour and gave a hint of a wild streak with her leopard print carry-on luggage.

Annabelle - who is best known for her role in period dramas The Tudors and Peaky Blinders - seemed to be going make-up free, her naturally pretty face glowing, fresh with new love.

Chris, who was famously married to Hollywood star Gwyneth Paltrow before they 'consciously uncoupled' back in 2014, and Annabelle revealed their romance while on a loved-up getaway in Paris at the weekend.

The twosome were seen passionately kissing while enjoying a relaxed day out together, taking in the sights but mostly lavishing their attentions on each other.

Chris and Gwyneth split in early 2014 and in April this year she finally filed for divorce.
