Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha has agreed a deal to purchase the house of late former Eagles owner Ron Noades - a mansion which featured on the Footballers' Wives TV series.
Zaha, who rejoined Palace on a permanent deal in February after failing to make the grade at Manchester United where he earned £35,000-a-week, will shell out £2.5million on the Surrey mansion.
The seven-bedroom house, which is located in Purley, has six bathrooms, a cinema room and a swimming pool with a Eagles crest emblazoned on the tiling.

The living room comes complete with a wood burner and room for a large TV. Outside a sizable brick-built barbecue can be seen
This bedroom contains an ensuite bathroom at one end, including a bathtub only accessible by step ladder as well as a toilet and sink
Luxury kitchen: The food preparation area features an eclectic range of colours and cabinets as well as a giant tap at the sink
Zaha's new pad also contains a sauna, steam shower, hot tub area, family room as well as a large garage with a cellar underneath.
Noades' wife Novello, speaking exclusively to Sportsmail, said: 'It was fortuitous that Zaha came along. Ron was probably looking down and made it happen.'
The 22-year-old, who has been capped twice by England, agreed to pay the full asking price for the house which was listed on Rightmove's website.
Rightmove describe the mansion as 'a very well appointed family house'.
Noades, who ran Crystal Palace between 1981 and 1998, died on Christmas Eve in 2013 after a battle with lung cancer.
The Eagles gained promotion to the old First Division, competed in the 1990 FA Cup final against Manchester United and finished third in England's top-flight during his successful reign at Selhurst Park.
He eventually sold his stake in the club to IT recruitment tycoon Mark Goldberg, now manager at Bromley FC, for a hefty sum of £22.8m before going on to own Brentford.

Ivory Coast-born Zaha, on the other hand, started his career at Crystal Palace before joining Manchester United in January 2013 to become Sir Alex Ferguson's last major signing at Old Trafford.
The skilful winger was loaned straight back to Palace, helping his boyhood side earn promotion to the Premier League.
After failing to hold down a first-team spot in David Moyes' United side, Zaha joined Cardiff City on a temporary deal before rejoining Palace on a season-long loan in August 2014.

Zaha, who earned £35,000-a-week during his time as a Manchester United player, ended his nightmare spell at Old Trafford eight months ago when Palace agreed to fork out £6m to bring him back to south London on a permanent basis.
He has scored two goals in 10 appearances so far this season, with his two strikes coming against Norwich City and Shrewsbury Town back in August.
