Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell's solid relationship is something her single daughter Kate Hudson no doubt aspires to.

And the loved-up couple proved their romance is still very much alive after an impressive 32 years as they were pictured indulging in a sweet public display of affection in Los Angeles, California, on Wednesday.

Goldie, 69, and Kurt, 64, stepped out on a low-key lunch outing in their local neighbourhood and their enjoyment was evident.

As they emerged from the eatery, both Goldie and Kurt sported open-mouthed grins.

The Furious 7 actor proudly demonstrated his love for his giddy partner in front of the paparazzi by placing a gentle arm around her back and planting a soft kiss on her lips.

Both Goldie and Kurt favoured a casual dress code which was in fitting with the relaxed theme of the day.

Goldie was dressed in an all-grey outfit which was not dissimilar to gymwear.

She showcased her lithe calves as she slipped into a pair of knee-length leggings which she paired with a scoop-neck vest top.

The Sugarland Express star wrapped a black and grey hoodie around her middle and pounded the pavement in a pair of sturdy strap sandals.

The naturally stunning director and producer allowed her youthful looks to shine through by forgoing make-up for the outing.

She wore her long blonde tresses in a middle parting with the front section flowing down over her face.

A pair of black rounded sunglasses and a beaming teethy grin were the only accessories Goldie needed.

Meanwhile, Kurt didn't give much thought to his look and threw on a classic combination - white T-shirt, jeans and trainers.

Goldie and Kurt have been in a relationship since 1983 after first meeting 15 years previous on the set of The One and Only, Genuine, Original Family Band.

The couple have a 29-year-old son called Wyatt who is also an actor with his most noteworthy performance to date being Zook in 22 Jump Street.
