She's determined not to let her advanced pregnancy cramp her style and Kim Kardashian showed once again Tuesday night that she's an accomplished quick change artist.

After attending a fashion show at Chateau Marmont in Hollywood in a sparkly number with a slit skirt, she slipped into a full-length black satin gown with a short cape.

The reality star then headed for an early birthday dinner at French restaurant Bouchon in Beverly Hills with husband Kanye West ahead of her 35th birthday on Wednesday, wearing a stunning diamond choker.

The couple appeared upbeat as they reunited in LA after Kim spent most of the past week at sister Khloe's side in Las Vegas following Lamar Odom's collapse.

The 34-year-old had dashed with mom Kris Jenner to be by Khloe's side as she took control of her ex-husband's medical care.

Khloe, 31, returned with the former NBA star by helicopter to Los Angeles where he was been admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Monday night.

With Lamar seemingly on the path to recovery, clearly the Kardashians are now picking up their busy lives again and getting back to work as they film a new season of E!'s Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
