'Thank you for always being there': Khloe Kardashian returns to Instagram to wish Kim a happy birthday... on the same day she calls off divorce from Lamar Odom

Khloe Kardashian has returned to Instagram to wish her sister Kim a happy 35th birthday.

The 31-year-old reality star also called off her divorce from Lamar Odom on Wednesday, after spending the week by his side while he continues on the long road to recovery following his brothel binge collapse.

Khloe made no mention of her divorce u-turn in the Instagram post - her first in a week - instead telling her pregnant sibling: 'Today is all about you.'

Accompanied by a snap of herself posing with Kim, clad in a plunging white dress, Khloe wrote: 'Happy birthday Keeks!! I pray you know how loved and dope you are!!!

'You continuously amaze me by how you do it all. Thank you for always being there for everyone! Today is about you!!! Enjoy it Mrs West!!! I love you, My bestie, my sister, my rider!'

Along with their mother Kris Jenner, Kim was among the first of the Kardashian contingent to jet out to Las Vegas last week to support Khloe as Lamar clung to life after overdosing at a brothel last Tuesday.

(Prior to the medical drama, Kim had appealed to her sister not to allow Lamar back into her life; in a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians Kim criticized Khloe for acting flirty with Lamar over the phone, while in a teaser for the upcoming season Kris is seen encourageing Khloe to sign off on the divorce papers to officially end her marriage to the former NBA star.)

Lamar woke from his coma on Friday and has since been transferred to a Los Angeles-based hospital to continue treatment.

While his condition has improved, he still remains on dialysis and faces the prospect of needing a kidney transplant due to damage sustained in the four-day brothel binge.

Khloe's lawyer Laura Wasser was in court on Wednesday morning and asked the judge to withdraw the papers that would end the couple's marriage, TMZ reported. The judge granted the request.

Khloe originally filed for divorce in late 2013, but the pair did not sign off on the documents until July of this year.

The papers had still not been processed however due to a backlog in the city of Los Angeles.

The news of the couple getting back together comes just one day after it was reported that Khloe and her boyfriend James Harden, 26, had decided to split after a few months of dating.

Khloe also posted a message to her blog yesterday, thanking friends, family and fans for their support and saying 'great strides' were being made in Lamar's recovery.
