Jennifer Garner wore her prescription glasses when at LAX airport on Wednesday.

The 43-year-old actress looked like a pretty bookworm with the oversized frames.

Also with the estranged wife of Ben Affleck was their three-year-old son Samuel, who she carried with only one arm.

It appeared that the two had just landed. There was no sign of Affleck or their two daughters.

The Alias star, who still wears her wedding ring on the middle finger of her left hand, filed for divorce from her actor and director husband four months ago and they announced the breakup on June 30, the day after their 10th wedding anniversary.

The mom-of-three was casually dressed for her journey in skinny jeans and a black and grey striped sweater with a pair of black lace up flat shoes. She had her hair tied back into a bun.

She also carried a bag and a fleece-lined jacket for her little boy.

Blonde-haired, blue-eyed Samuel had on a pair of black pants with grey stars on them and a blue checked shirt and trainers.

Casual: The actress, 43, was practically dressed for her journey in skinny jeans, a striped sweater and lace-up black shoes. She wore her long hair tied into a messy bun and wore black framed spectacles

Garner and Affleck have been splitting parental duties since both returned to Los Angeles after spending most of the summer filming movies.

Garner was in Atlanta making the faith-based film Miracles From heaven while Affleck was on the set of Suicide Squad in Toronto.

After several weeks back in LA, the Oscar-winning filmmaker is preparing to start shooing his next directorial project Live By Night in Boston.
