Her relationship with husband Lamar Odom appears to be back on as she called off divorce proceedings this week.

And in a matter of weeks Khloe Kardashian's first memoir, Strong Looks Better Naked, will hit bookshelves detailing some of the dark times during her relationship with the 35-year-old athlete.

At the end of the book, however, the 31-year-old star reportedly writes 'Before I met you I felt invisible, and after I felt seen' and thanks Lamar for some of the best years of her life.

But it's not all sugary sweet as Khloe also details her struggle to get over the heartbreak when she split from her then husband of four years in 2013.

The KUWTK star talks about how she shook up her lifestyle, got fit and lost weight in the two years following the break-up which she explained was mainly due to Lamar's drink and drug abuse issues.

A source told Page Six that Khloe writes in her tome: 'The thing is, you can’t control other people, and you can’t control the outcome of situations,'

She adds 'and if you think you can, you will soon discover that you are sadly mistaken.'

It also details the time in 2011 when the basketball player was traded from the Los Angeles Lakers to the Dallas Mavericks and the couple shared an apartment at the W Hotel in downtown Dallas.

During this period, Khloe explained she was pestered by paparazzi every time she stepped outside with the continual line of questioning: 'Is it true Lamar cheated on you?' and 'Is he doing drugs?'

'Every day felt like an attack,' Khloe writes.

'It was also humiliating; it got to the point that leaving my house would give me social anxiety.'

An Amazon description of the self-help book - which is published on November 3 - reads: 'Khloe shares her secrets for finding strength of body, mind, and heart with revelatory stories of her own struggles with weight, relationships, and her self-image.'

Meanwhile Khloe's lawyer, Laura Wasser, went before a Los Angeles judge on Wednesday to withdraw divorce papers.

Khloe originally filed for divorce in late 2013, but the pair did not sign off on the documents until July of this year.

The papers had still not been processed however due to a backlog in the city of Los Angeles.

The now blonde beauty has been by Lamar's side since he was found in extremely critical condition last week at the Love Ranch brothel near Las Vegas.

He regained consciousness Friday and was transported to Los Angeles on Monday to recover.

Khloe appeared in Complex in July, and told the magazine that she misses Lamar 'every day'.

She said: 'I talk to Lamar as often as I can, which is inconsistent, but not on my terms. When you genuinely feel like that was the right relationship, you're supposed to give it all you can.

'That's what marriage is about. It's not, "Let's see if it works, if not we always have divorce." I am not one of those girls. You took a vow before God and you're supposed to abide by that. I'm not rushing into my divorce because I'm not looking to get married tomorrow, so I don't have a deadline. I'm not rushing it. So when it's time and it's supposed to happen, it will.'
