Kim Richards told her former reality show co-star Brandi Glanville that she has been 'living in the present' following her troubling times earlier this year.

The 51-year-old star of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills fielded a call on Monday during a segment of the podcast Brandi Glanville Unfiltered.

'Everything's good,' Kim told Brandi while mentioning that she was headed to the Chiller signing show this weekend.

'I love doing those and that’s going to be a lot of fun,' Kim said of the weekend event in New Jersey that also will feature appearances from cast members of Lost In Space, Linda Blair, Ralph Macchio and Abe Vigoda.

'Those I love, I love being there and being able to be with everybody and hear everybody and hear their stories and just get to see everyone and see my fans and connect with them, because that's my favorite part of all this,' Kim added.

She also admitted to feeling better after a lapse in sobriety and trouble with the law.

Kim was arrested on August 2 for allegedly shoplifting more than $600 worth of items from a Target in Los Angeles.

She earlier was arrested on April 16 for public intoxication after refusing to leave the Polo Lounge in Beverly Hills.

Kim was later charged with resisting an officer, battery and trespassing and accepted a plea deal last month.

Her plea deal included attending a year of Alcoholics Anonymous, probation and staying away from the Beverly Hills Hotel, where the Polo Lounge is located.

'It's good, it's better now. It was a rough time for a bit there and now just putting everything back in order and just focusing on my family and me,' Kim told Brandi.

Kim during the podcast said she's also focusing more on the present.

'Part of what I do today is living in the now. Living in the present. If I look too far back or look too far forward, it gets kind of crazy and I get fearful,' Kim said.

Kim also said her ex-husband Monty who has been battling cancer also was doing well.

'We've been spending some good quality time together. So, yeah, just enjoying life. One day at a time. Sometimes one minute at a time,' she said.

It was confirmed in June that Kim and Brandi would not return for the upcoming sixth season of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills.
