Karlie Kloss lent her support to a good cause on Wednesday.

The Victoria's Secret model was pictured attending the Pencil's Of Promise Gala, which aims to build schools and educational opportunities in the developing world.

Stepping onto the red carpet in a flowing black gown, Karlie certainly brought oodles of glamour to the event at Cipriani Wall Street in New York.

Statuesque: Karlie Kloss brought some glamorous drama to the Pencils of Promise Gala at Cipriani Wall Street on Wednesday

Her dress featured a delicate lace panel with long sleeves and high neckline as well as an elegant flowing train.

Karlie teamed the garment with pointed black pumps and carried with her an embellished box clutch.

She wore her hair in a pretty braided style and sported a rust red lipstick.

She looked simply stunning at the Pencils of Promise Gala in New York wearing a heavenly high neck Dolce & Gabbana gown which featured lace long sleeves and a dramatic train. When styled with a braided up 'do and a swipe of red lipstick, this is the way to knock their socks off on the red carpet!

Lace will always lend a touch of elegance to any look, and even though this dress covers every inch of Karlie's supermodel figure, the subtle flash of flesh from the lace proves than less is more. Also hitting the red carpet was British actor Chiwetel Ejiofor and performer Usher.

The night before, Karlie was walking the runway for the H&M and Balmain launch fashion show with other models including Kendall Jenner and Gigi and Bella Hadid.

The leggy blonde paraded down the runway in a variety of ensembles designed by Olivier Rousteing as part of his one-off capsule collection for the high-street giant.

Following the show, Karlie and Kendall joined Kylie Jenner on the front row and danced along to the Backstreet Boys.

His style: Performer Usher arrived in a more edgy look of khaki shirt and black pants with paint splattered boots

Entertaining: Jaha Johnson and Usher tried on some virtual reality headsets during the gala

Getting lost in the moment: The duo looked the picture of concentration as they watched the 3D film

Trendy: Usher stood out from the crowd in his military inspired ensemble

They then headed backstage to pose in their finale outfits before parting ways with the decorative items.

The 6ft 1in beauty recently enrolled to study at New York University and shared a photo of herself standing outside the Manhattan campus, grinning and proudly pointing to the purple NYU flag.

She captioned the image: 'I haven't been this nervous in years! #firstdayofschool.'
