Chrissy Teigen pulled off a stunning fashion statement at a swanky event in Hollywood on Tuesday.

The model, 29, who announced last week's she's pregnant with her first child, paired an off-the-shoulder dark red satin top with burnt orange flairs.

She added a finishing touch of black leather tied around her waist that completed the look and added a layer of protection across her barely there baby bump.

The stunning wife of musician John Legend carried a gold clutch and left her long hair loose and flowing down around her shoulders.

Chrissy and John, 36, were among the guests at the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Show and Tea at Chateau Marmont.

The Glory singer wore a bespoke dark blue suit with a white shirt and brown brogues.

The excited couple, who wed in 2013 after two years of dating, announced their baby news via social media, sharing a candid shot of a beaming Chrissy sprawled across a couch as John held his hand over his wife's belly.

'As many of you know, we've been trying to have a baby for a while now. It hasn't been easy, but we kept trying because we can't wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family,' Chrissy wrote alongside the photo.

'We're so excited that it's finally happening. Thank you for all your love and well wishes. I look forward to all the belly touching!'

However, the model and TV personality didn't anticipate the reaction she got a few days later when she posted a selfie showing the first signs of her growing tummy.

After a slew of her followers joked that the bump was 'so big' she 'must be having triplets or twins,' Chrissy firmly put them in their place.

'I did IVF,' she wrote. 'One at a time. It isn't twins. I can see the damn thing.'

And she added that she'd had scans showing her the single fetus.

'Get out of my uterus!' she added.
