She's always one of the brightest stars on the red carpet.

And on Tuesday Reese Witherspoon made sure to stun as she attended the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Show at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles.

The 39-year-old looked angelic in a two-piece white skirt and matching top with a dainty silver and red trim.

Witherspoon kept her makeup to a minimum but added a neutral smokey matte eye and pale pink lip which highlighted her flawless complexion.

The Legally Blonde actress accessorized her ensemble with a gold clutch purse and sparkling floral earrings and finished her look with red strappy heels to match her pedicure.

Before entering the Hollywood A-lister event Reese donned a pair of clear rimmed sunglasses with an ombre brown tint.

The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), a non-profit organization has teamed up with Vogue and created a fashion fund.

Their mission is to support the next generation of American fashion designers, according to the CFDA website.

The mother of three left her children, Ava, 16, Deacon, 11, and Tennessee, 3 at home for the function.

Witherspoon shares Ava and Deacon with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe and Tennessee is the first child with her current husband of four years, Jim Toth.

Witherspoon and Toth began dating in early 2010 after meeting through the Creative Artists Agency (CAA).

Toth is the co-head of motion picture talent at CAA in Los Angeles where Reese is a client and the two married in 2011.
