Kourtney Kardashian managed quite the juggling act while taking her daughter and niece to dance class on Wednesday.

The mom-of-three carried toddlers Penelope and North on either hip as the trio arrived for their usual ballet session.

It seems Kourtney was taking care of the kids while heavily pregnant Kim Kardashian relaxed at home on her 35th birthday.

She's got her hands full! The mother of three holds on tight to a wiggling North as Penelope watches

The children were both clad in ballet shoes and tutus - with two-year-old North in grey and three-year-old Penelope in white with a black T-shirt over the top.

Meanwhile, Kourtney sported a pair of black leggings with a matching baseball cap, white T-shirt that left her flat stomach on show and two-tone APL TechLoom Pro trainers.

It was the perfect outfit for a spot of child wrangling, with wriggly North squealing with delight as she struggled in Kourtney's arms.

Kourtney Kardashian displayed her superhuman strength when she carried her daughter, Penelope, and niece, North West, to dance class.

The mother-of-three needed her hands free to juggle the two toddlers so it was a good thing she was toting her Balenciaga shoulder bag as well.The pastel hued sac added a soft pop of color to her sporty monochrome outfit.

Penelope watched her cousin with interest. The two are shaping up to be as close as their inseparable mothers.

While Penelope has two brothers - Mason, five, and ten-month-old Reign - it is North who has proved her preferred playmate.

And while North's mother Kim is due soon with her second child, her son is bound to find his ally in little Reign.

Life is slowly getting back to normal for the Kardashian clan, who dropped everything when Khloe's estranged husband Lamar Odom collapsed last week.

Kim and Khloe immediately flew to his side at a Las Vegas hospital, while Kourtney took care of North and he own children.

Kim then returned home for a doctor's appointment, but fitted in another trip to Vegas before Odom was transferred to a hospital in Los Angeles.

On Wednesday it was revealed that Khloe has cancelled her divorce from the former NBA star, so that she can retain her status as his next of kin and act in his medical interests.
