It was only a matter of time before Kim Kardashian adorned her growing baby bump in gold.

The 34-year-old reality star squeezed herself into a stretchy dress with glittery midsection and skirt as she attended the CFDA/ Vogue Fashion Fund Show on Tuesday.

The pregnant star was joined by husband Kanye West to co-host the event at Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood.

Kim flashed her bra through the slightly-sheer upper portion of her frock and lots of leg thanks to a thigh-high split.

She layered on a midnight blue coat wore her hair in thick glossy waves.

Kim's make-up look consisted of glossy nude lips and lashings of mascara.

Kim Kardashian has come a long way since the early days of her family's reality TV show.

So far in fact, she even co-hosted the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Show at Hollywood's Chateau Marmont, where Anna Wintour was of course star guest. And Kim didn't let a little thing like her baby bump get in the way of showing off her style credentials to the magazine's Editor-in-Chief!

Supporting emerging fashion talent, the CFDA and Vogue Fashion Fund awards three designers - one winner and two runners up - with a cash prize of $400,000 and $150,000 respectively as well as a mentorship by prominent designers and industry executives.

Designers Cadet, Gypsy Sport, Jonathan Simkhai, Thaddeus O'Neil, CG, Brother Vellies, Chromat, David Hart, Baja East and Baldwin make up the list of 2015's finalists.

Vogue shared snaps of some of the runway designs during the presentation which marks the final stage of the Fashion Fund challenge.

The winning designers will be announced at an award ceremony on November 2.

Meanwhile, Kim's younger half-sister Kendall Jenner stars in the November issue of Vogue presenting the up and coming designers in a lively photoshoot.

The 19-year-old model of the moment is pictured with each of the talented artists as she wears their designs.

Meanwhile, Kim - who turns 35 on Wednesday - revealed her birthday wish on her app and website this week.

The mother-of-one answered the question 'what are you most looking forward to in your 35th year?'
